Complaints
Our shop is a community of individual business owners under one roof. Our artists rent their booths from Lilith's Lair. Lilith's Lair's owners will NOT be in charge of any complaints or refund questions. Any complaints need to be directly managed through the provider you had service you. Every artist has their own policies listed somewhere on their website/social media. In general, most of our artists will take reasonable action to do free fixes if communicated to in the appropriate time. We do our best to make every client happy. Lilith's has the right to refuse service to anyone who makes our artists feel unsafe or threatened.
