Lore became a cosmetologist in 2021 and opened Lilith's Lair in 2022. Lore is our go to for everything vivid color! Lore has a love for anything unique and enjoys trying new things. Nothing is ever too "strange" for them. She loves color melting, hair extensions, rainbow hair, mullets, razor cuts, and anime inspired hair. He also has experience as a professional make up artist. Lore loves anime, music, art, and her 11 fur babies.

Hunter Brink

(They/Them)

Hunter has been a stylist since 2016 and has always been a creative person. They love all hair colors from the bright and bizarre to natural dimensional blonde and brunette. Hunter wants everyone in their chair to feel free to be their truest self and feel safe. When they aren’t doing hair they watch anime and read manga religiously. They love their 3 black and white cats and will never tire talking about how cute they are.

Kay Sanders

(She/Her)

Kay lives and breathes color, anything from highlights, melting, correcting to giving your wildest and brightest self expression. Helping you discover yourself through your hair journey is one of her greatest joys. Kay has been a stylist since 2011 and enjoys a good challenge. She has a love for all hair textures and has a special passion for curly hair. Any frizz issues or weak hair Kay’s your person. She’ll work her magic to help you achieve your hair goals. Her other obsession is art, so feel free to geek out with her about any hobbies or projects. She loves discovering new things and hearing about others passions. You can always expect a comfortable, excepting atmosphere with great conversation in her chair.

Jaci Croel

(She/Her)

Jaci became a cosmetologist in 2014. Jaci has over 10 years of experience as a published hair and makeup artist; she specializes in curly hair, reds, and all things dimensional blonding and bronding. Jaci creates seamless natural looks, the most platinum blondes, and long lasting reds! When she’s not in the salon, you can find her getting lost anywhere in nature. She prefers naturals looks over vivids, so if you're looking for a natural look, she's your stylist!

Jaci does not take vivid color clients.

Bailey Young

(They/She)

Bailey has been a cosmetologist since 2017 She specializes in dimensional color, vivids, and short edgy hair cuts! If you're looking for a killer highlight or a rainbow blend, she's your artist! The best part about bailey is her ability to create unique color projects. Once you’re in her chair feel free to ask her about her ceramics or her cats Percy & Pickle! Her favorite part of her job is seeing her clients glow when they see their new hair!

Maddie Chambers

Maddie has been in the beauty industry for over 5 years. Whether you're looking for a blended natural look or a bold transformation, Maddie is your girl! Maddie specializes in balayages, vivids, cornrows, and razor cuts. Maddie is comfortable with most protective styles and festival braids as well. Her favorite part of the day is making everyone feel beautiful from the inside out!

Stephanie Hofstra

Stephanie has been a stylist since 2010.  Steph specializes in almost everything from faded cuts to vibrant colors. Stephanie is a meticulous short hair specialist. You'll get a perfect cut every time. Stephanie is amazing with clippers, so if you're looking for a design shaved in, she's your person! She's also able to provide you with a professional look.. Laughing and real talk is always welcomed in her chair!

Kira Dersch

(She/They)

Kira recently received her cosmetology license in 2024, and jumped straight into becoming a vivid color specialist and alternative makeup artist. But don’t let being fresh out of school fool you, Kira’s been doing all sorts of funky hair and makeup ever since her emo phase in middle school, over 10 years ago. Despite being somewhat partial to vivid colors, she also loves to work with natural colors, blondes, and color corrections. Whether you’re looking to go blonde, natural, or rainbow, Kira is the colorist for you. When it comes to makeup, their favorite styles to do include heavy drag looks, SFX makeup, and anything involving a bold, graphic eyeliner. Kira draws a lot of inspiration for their craft from drag, punk, and goth subcultures. They highly value individuality and self expression, and she loves to show that through her work. Making people feel confident and comfortable in their appearance is Kira’s top priority.

Anne Wisniske

Anne is a jack of all trades when it comes to hair. They have most of their experienced in color/vivids and highlights along with long hair and barbering. They assisted a blonding specialist for a year. Recently came from a local barbershop where they refined their skills in fades and short hair clipper cuts. Anne loves trendy and edgy cuts and colors. Curls welcome. Anne loves to help people feel beautiful and comfortable in their own skin and hair. Available for private, sensory friendly, and silent services.

Rylee Stars

(They/Them)

Since Rylee was little, they knew they'd be a cosmetologist. From their first hair cut to beauty school, their love for the industry continued to grow and still does today. They’ve been in the industry since 2017 and are considered to be a well rounded stylist. They do everything from the classic traditional cuts to mullets to clipper cuts and all the fun stuff in between! Rylee also loves all things color. Whether you want rainbows, a long lasting balayage, or sun kissed natural highlights, Rylee is happy to help! In their free time, they follow around local musicians, tends their plants, has rotating creative hobbies, spends time with their partner and kitties, and plays in the woods whenever given the chance!

Aynsley Douglas

(They/She)

Aynsley began at Lilith's Lair in 2024 and specializes in gender-affirming styles, curly hair and wigs.  They attended Douglas J Aveda institute in Grand Rapids and got their cosmetology license in 2017. Since then, she has worked in salons in Grand Rapids and Chicago. Aynsley 's first love was wigmaking & styling and she has many years experience in theatre and opera including Wigs and Makeup Designer at Opera Grand Rapids, Wigs Supervisor on the national tour of My Fair Lady and Wigs Substitute on the First National Tour of Ain't Too Proud: Life and Times of the Temptations. When she's not in the salon or backstage, you can find her playing a board game, curled up with a book, or taking her cat for a walk.

Sydney Bleshenski

Sydney has been a cosmetologist since 2020. Sydney dabbles in a bit of everything when it comes to colors and cuts! Whether you’re looking for something natural/subtle or over the top/bold, she is your girl. Syd is also a volume lash specialist. Sydney specializes in vivid hair colors, updo’s, and is a certified classic and volume lash artist!

Kaitlyn Wisnieski

Kaitlyn has been bringing your creative hair visions to life since 2015! She specializes in razor and pixie cuts. She also dabbles in all sorts of color such as, Vivids, Color Blocking, and Lived-In. Kaitlyn also does updo’s for special occasions/bridal! When not at the salon, she is usually cuddled up with her husband and cats, playing games, or working on a new craft.

Lexi Padron

Lexi has been doing hair since 2021. She likes a variety of styles, haircuts, and haircolor. Whatever style you're looking for she'll collaborate with you to acheive that style. Whether you're a vibrant hair person or want to enhance your natural haircolor, Lexi has got you covered. The best part of doing hair is you! Feel to ask about her dog, Misaka, crafting, or dnd when you sit in her chair.

Kapryce Brown

Kapryce is here! She was officially licensed in 2020 after years of doing hair for family and friends and watching her mom behind the chair! While most of her professional career has centered around hair cutting, she’s your natural hair loving, loc retwisting, color artist, wax specialist and more! She is well versed in natural styling and loves working with textured hair! She offers a variety of services for ALL people and loves trying new things!

Aleasha Hatton

She graduated cos school in 2023. and started doing hair back in  2021 . She's always loved doing hair and hair color. from vivids to natural. She has loved their hair journey so far and can’t wait to see where it takes them.
When they're not working some of the things they like include reading, watching horror movies, and spending time with their cats. She has two cats blitz and morris. She also really love music and going to concerts.

Coyana Noe

​Coyana (Koi-anna) has been licensed since October 2024 after graduation from Empire Beauty School in June of 2024! Their journey of doing hair began back in 2022 when they enrolled in school, but also previously did their my own hair for several years throughout high-school. They absolutely love doing vivid color, and  love working on protective styles! They also enjoy a little bit of everything else and can’t wait to continue to grow as a stylist and expand upon their experience.

Meg Steck

Meg first started her cos journey in high school and has worked hard to get where she is now. She became a licensed stylist 2023. After falling in love with the art of hair color, Meg specializes in everything related to that. Whether you’re looking for something bold and unique or subtle and toned-down, they will happily help you achieve your hair dreams! If you like books, musicals, and anime then Meg is the person to talk to.

Cyris Zeiders

(He/Him)

Cyris is deciding to follow his wife, Laura in her footsteps and become a stylist. He has an interest in haircutting and haircolor currently. He will be around the shop learning throughout 2024 and will be licensed sometime in 2025. When he is licensed, he will begin his journey at Lilith's! Feel free to follow his journey on social media until then or book appointments with him inside Empire Beauty school on alpine when he's on the floor! 

Cyris is not taking clients inside Lilith's until he is licensed.
